ATL files have multiple uses, and Aladdin 4D ATList is one of them. Read more about the other uses further down the page.

How to open ATL files
Important: Different programs may use files with the ATL file extension for different purposes, so unless you are sure which format your ATL file is, you may need to try a few different programs.

While Aladdin 4D ATList is a popular type of ATL-file, we know of 2 different uses of the .ATL file extension. Different software may use files with the same extension for different types of data.
Artlantis 3D Scene
We know that one ATL format is Artlantis 3D Scene. We have not yet analyzed in detail what these files contain and what they are used for. We're working on it.
