What are AGN files and how to open them

What is an AGN file?
AGN files have multiple uses, and AUTOMGEN project is one of them. Read more about the other uses further down the page.
AUTOMGEN project
These AGN files contain the projects created in AUTOMGEN, an automation software with realistic 3D process simulation. AUTOMGEN uses PLC programming for electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, and digital electronic simulation. You can create local or Internet SCADA (Supervisory Control Data Acquisition) applications and 3D simulations. AUTOMGEN provides Beginner and Expert environments to give users the best experience when using this software.
How to open AGN files
Important: Different programs may use files with the AGN file extension for different purposes, so unless you are sure which format your AGN file is, you may need to try a few different programs.

Psion S3a/3c/Siena Agenda
We know that one AGN format is Psion S3a/3c/Siena Agenda. We have not yet analyzed in detail what these files contain and what they are used for. We're working on it.
