PlanMaker

If you are looking for PlanMaker, you have come to the right place. We explain what PlanMaker is and point you to the official download.

What is PlanMaker?

PlanMaker, software developed by Softmaker Software GmbH, is part of the SoftMaker Office Suite. There are four software programs included in the SoftMaker Office Suite: TextMaker, SoftMaker Presentations, BasicMaker and PlanMaker.

PlanMaker is a spreadsheet program that has applications for calculations, creating charts and graphs; as well as over three hundred other functions for financial mathematics, data analysis, data grouping, PDF file exports and statistics. The latest version, PlanMaker 2012, is fully compatible with Microsoft’s Excel formats, .xls and .xlsx. Data analyses are rendered in colorful graphs and charts, with graphical effects for a more effective presentation.

PlanMaker 2012 also functions more like Microsoft Excel, in that cell formatting works exactly the way Excel does; where the user can input long texts in single cells, and recognizes formulas that contain fractions and currencies.

Other new features of the latest version include data consolidation which enables the user to extract unarranged data, get the sum of all applicable data and automatically calculate averages, or perform other mathematical functions. Lastly, users can delete duplicated rows and empty rows for a cleaner, smoother rendition of the spreadsheet.
