What is klickTel Routenplaner?
The klickTel Routenplaner software is a route planning input assistant that allows users to quickly define routes, plan and optimize road trips accurately and conveniently to complete itineraries. It covers more than 9 million kilometers of roads and over 98,000 maps in Germany and 33 other countries in Europe. In addition, the program offers daily updated traffic information about traffic jams and road situation. It also displays stationary cameras in the map and in the route description, particularly in Germany.
klickTel Routenplaner displays approximately 900,000 points of interest (POIs) in all countries, including parking, hotels, campgrounds, restaurants, gas stations, railway stations, post offices, doctors, hospitals and pharmacies among others. It also provides interurban network routing from city to city as well as calculations of the optimal route sequence for up to five intermediate stations. Users may also opt to lock jam endangered routes. Additionally, the program offers a route list with information on route distance, duration and costs. It can also export the route description to MS Word and MS Excel. Furthermore, the program features delivery of itineraries and map sections through email.
