InteractionClient

If you are looking for InteractionClient, you have come to the right place. We explain what InteractionClient is and point you to the official download.

What is InteractionClient?

The mobile version of Interaction Client extends its services to CIC users through the use of Microsoft Windows Mobile devices. Supporting systems for the Interaction Client Mobile are Windows Mobile versions 5, 6, and 6.1. The Interaction Client Mobile Edition comes with a complete voice and messaging function. This makes it a useful tool for those who work in isolated environments, and are required to always keep in touch with their clients or co-workers.

Users will also be able to access the necessary communications to do their business, because they are routed straight to their mobile phones, or through an ACD. This makes the Interaction Client Mobile Edition a tool for sales representatives, service technicians, and people who have field-based jobs. It’s also suitable for technical support personnel, and even supervisors and executives. This software is developed using the Windows Mobile operating system. It gives an interface design that is similar to the Windows Interaction Client .NET edition which also runs on most Windows PC computers. So people who use their mobiles can also receive similar status controls, conference controls, call controls, and company directories as the Interaction Client.
