If you are looking for Free Online TV, you have come to the right place. We explain what Free Online TV is and point you to the official download.

What is Free Online TV?

Users get to watch TV content sourced from the Internet through the software Free Online TV, developed by NETGATE Technologies. The program works in conjunction with VLC Media Player, where TV content is loaded on the computer through the player.

The program is pre-loaded with a selection of online TV channels, from which the user can choose programs to watch. In addition to watching television programs online, the user is also able to stream video content from video-sharing website, YouTube. Links to specific YouTube videos may be saved in the user’s content library in the program.

Users can arrange shows according to their preference, whether by title or time slot, and even by Web links. The program provides the user with updated content based on the TV links/shows that are stored in their library.

Free Online TV is freeware, distributed under the GNU GPL license. The program was developed to run on computers installed with Windows. Windows versions it is compatible with are Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7.
