FeedDemon

If you are looking for FeedDemon, you have come to the right place. We explain what FeedDemon is and point you to the official download.

What is FeedDemon?

FeedDemon is an RSS feed reader made especially for Windows. This program was bought by NewsGator Technologies in May 2005, and is available only in the Windows format. It can also be synchronized with Google Reader. This program has an easy to use interface, and provides updated information and news. Users will be able to modify the way their feeds are organized and shown. They can also set up custom news watches based on keywords. Podcasts and audio files can even be downloaded and have them appear on the portable audio device. Aside from this, FeedDemon also synchronizes with News Gator Online and the News Gator RSS Suite. This software has also been pre-configured with many feeds, so users will be able to release the power of RSS immediately.

New features included in the program’s list is about bringing FeedDemon into parity with Google Reader. The program has always depended on Google for online synching since version 3. This now includes the on-the-fly i7tem translation – A “Shared by People I Follow” for synching items shared through Google Reader, as well as a “like” icon which needs to be enabled in the new options for organizing the icons.
