What is Envisioneer?

Envisioneer is a Building Information Modeling (BMI) solution designed specifically for residential or light commercial markets. Envisioneer reduces design and production time of building projects, through its ability to apply project modifications to every aspect of the design. It creates 3D presentations, complete with custom lighting. Animations, virtual tours, and interactive walk-throughs can also be created.

The user can design in both 2D and 3D, produce construction documents, framing components, accurate material, and cut lists. Interior and exterior design elements can be applied to design, from furniture, flooring, countertops, and roofs. Terrains and hardscape features can also be made. The Envisioneer has the ability to read and write to the DWG drawing format using the AutoCAD and the AutoCAD LT. These ensure file capability when sharing drawings with consultants. Other supported drawing formats include DXF, VRML, and Google Sketchup. These give access to objects through the 3D Warehouse. Layering standards when sharing files with consultants are also supported by the Envisioneer.
