CoffeeZip

If you are looking for CoffeeZip, you have come to the right place. We explain what CoffeeZip is and point you to the official download.

What is CoffeeZip?

CoffeeZip is a commonly used name for the CoffeeCup Free Zip Wizard. Installable on Windows Vista, 8 and 7 computers, the program is an archive maker and extractor with the muscle to create even self-executing archives. This is a type of archive that bears the EXE extension and which can extract its own files without the help of an archived file extraction program—a useful option for users who need to share zipped files with others whose computers have no file extraction utilities. It is also often used as a solution for ensuring general compatibility of the archive, as some zipped file formats are not extractable with certain file extraction programs. EXE files, however, run on all operating systems are their own programs.

CoffeeZip has several other features besides making EXE archives, regular archives, modifying archives, and unpacking archives. First, it has an option for emailing newly zipped files right after their creation. Second, it has an FTP feature for those who want to transfer their files over the Web. Third, it is capable of searching the user’s computer for zipped files with its ZIP-file search function.
