AnvSoft DVD Burning Xpress is a software program that has the primary function of enabling users to burn their videos to DVD format. The software however, is integrated with several other tools that allow the user to edit their home videos before burning them into a DVD-compatible file.
Users can trim video clips to remove sections that they do not want to include in the completed movie, for burning purposes. Fading effects may be incorporated for each clip so these can transition smoothly, from one clip to the next. The CD or DVD output is compatible with most external DVD players, including DVD machines connected to a television set.
The software allows the user to work on videos captured from devices such as camcorders, digital cameras, tablet PCs and mobile phones. Files can also be imported to the project window from any folder on the computer.
In addition to editing and burning videos, the software is also integrated with a file converter; specifically, a video file converter. This allows the user to convert their video files into any of the following supported formats: MPEG-1 and MPEG-2, AVI, FLV, MP4, 3GP, SWF, 3G2, and WMV.
