What are XPA files and how to open them

What is an XPA file?
An .XPA file is an Xpack Compressed Archive file.
These files are archive files that have been compressed with Xpack, a file compression tool from 1999 by JauMing Tseng.
How to open XPA files
Important: Different programs may use files with the XPA file extension for different purposes, so unless you are sure which format your XPA file is, you may need to try a few different programs.
