A .WSKN file is a Wise Care 365 Skin file.

Wise Care 365 Skin files are custom appearance packages used by the Wise Care 365 program for Windows. When you change the look or theme of Wise Care 365 (for instance altering window styles, buttons, backgrounds), the appearance settings are packaged into a .WSKN file. The program applies these files to change how its user interface looks without altering its function.

These files are produced by Wise Care 365 when a user designs or downloads a skin. The skin file is handled internally by Wise Care 365: installing or selecting a skin (via its options) causes the program to read its contents and apply colours, images, and layout settings. Users may share .WSKN files with others so they can apply the same look. The skins do not affect the performance or core cleanup, registry, or optimization tasks of Wise Care 365 - only its visual presentation.

Internally, a .WSKN file is a ZIP archive (beginning with the PK signature at offset 0) that contains image data (such as PNG files), a configuration file (SKIN.INI), and labels such as MAINFRAME and PRIV that define interface regions or permissions.
