What is a VFL file?
A .VFL file is a VICE Flip List file.
VICE is a software emulator that makes it possible to run programs intended for old 8-bit computers like the Commodore 64, Commodore 128, PET, PLUS4, and CBM-II. It stores a list of disk images in a "flip list" that makes it quick to switch disk images in the emulator.
