What is a VCV file?
Files that contain the .vcv file extension are most commonly associated with the ViewCave International VCV player. This player allows users to view movies for free from around the globe. The ViewCave player is an HTML5 compliant media player and can be accessed anywhere using Internet browsers, iPhones and iPads.
The VCV files that are used by the ViewCave player contain video files that have been saved in ViewCave's proprietary video format. VCV files are used to distribute free movies and videos over the Web. While the movies are free, the distributors monetize these movies by using paid overlay ads.
