QuickBooks Transaction Log
The .tlg file extension is most commonly used by the QuickBooks accounting application. The TLG files are log files created by the software.
QuickBooks stores its data in QBW files, but changes (inserts, updates, or deletions) that have not yet been written to the QBW file are stored in a transaction log file. The TLG files are stored in the same directory as the corresponding QBW file.
