What are THEMEPACK files and how to open them

What is a THEMEPACK file?

Files that contain the .themepack file extension are theme files that are used for some of the Microsoft Windows operating systems. Themepack files contain pictures, colors, sounds and other elements that are combined to create a customized look and feel or "theme" for the user's Windows operating environment.

Themepack themes can be used for your desktop background, screen savers and window border colors. Some .themepack files also contain mouse pointer designs and desktop icons. Themepack files are distributed in the CAB compressed file format, making it easier and faster to download and install the themepack on a user's computer.

How to open THEMEPACK files
