What is a SP2 file?
The .sp2 file extension is most commonly used for Windows Service Pack 2 updates. The Windows operating system uses Service Pack updates to fix bugs and provide users with necessary security patches. These patches are download from the Internet and installed on a user's computer. The Service Pack 2 update is saved with the .sp2 file extension.
The .sp2 file extension is also associated with older computer game files.
How to open SP2 files
