What is a PFD file?
Files that contain the .pfd file extension are most commonly associated with the ProForm database software application. The PFD files that are used by this program contain data entry files that have been created by the ProForm program.
The Micrografx Optimal software application also uses the .pfd file suffix. These PFD files contain process flow diagrams that have been created using the Micrografx software program.
The Sony PlayStation 3 has also been known to use the .pfd file extension. These PFD files contain saved game control data files. These files allow a user to stop gameplay at any point in time and return to the point at which they were playing when they are ready to resume their gaming.
Suggest another file format using extension PFD
While we know of one file format using the .PFD file extension, there may be more. It is widespread that different programs use files with the same file extension for very different types of data. Please let us know if you are aware of a different kind of .PFD file.
