What is a PDR file?
PDR files have multiple uses, and Windows Port Driver is one of them.
Windows Port Driver
These driver files allow USB devices to be recognized by the Windows operating system. Nowadays, Windows automatically recognizes most USB devices, but earlier versions needed specific "drivers" installed for almost any USB device to work.
How to open PDR files
Important: Different programs may use files with the PDR file extension for different purposes, so unless you are sure which format your PDR file is, you may need to try a few different programs.
