What is an ENG file?

Files with the .eng file extension are most commonly used by the Train Simulator game engine. The ENG files used by the software contain the Train Simulator's game engine files.

The .eng file extension is also used for English localization language files, EnerGraphics graphics charts, Matlab engine routine files, Sprint dictionary engine files, DreamMaker program source code files, Personal Paint english language user interface files, RealFlight radio control airplane description files and Chess Engine files.
