What is a DUS file?
The .dus file extension is most commonly associated with Readiris Font Dictionary files. These files contain a dictionary of the different fonts that have been installed with the Readiris OCR software application. Readiris is a software program that is used to recognize texts that have been printed in different fonts. The DUS files are normally installed with the software included with a user's scanner. The DUS files contain the dictionary of the fonts and the font descriptions.
How to open DUS files
Important: Different programs may use files with the DUS file extension for different purposes, so unless you are sure which format your DUS file is, you may need to try a few different programs.
