What is an ABS file?

ABS files have multiple uses, and Absolute Database Data is one of them.

Absolute Database Data

These ABS files contain the single database files used in Delphi, a software development environment.

ABS replaces the use of BDE (Borland Database Engine) by providing you with a compact, high-speed, robust, and easy-to-use database engine.

ABS database has a few features like ultra-fast memory tables, strong encryption, free for personal use, and you have access to the full source code for free.
