Microsoft Access Snapshot Viewer

If you are looking for Microsoft Access Snapshot Viewer, you have come to the right place. We explain what Microsoft Access Snapshot Viewer is and point you to the official download.

What is Microsoft Access Snapshot Viewer?

The Snapshot Viewer allows you to view snapshots created by Microsoft Access. When you download this application, it comes with an independent executable program [Snapview.exe], Snapshot View control [Snapview.ocx] and other related files. Microsoft Access Service Release and Microsoft Office Service Release allow you to save a shot [static picture] of a Microsoft Access report in external format SNP [snapshot file]. You can make this report available to others who do not have Microsoft Access if they have the Microsoft Snapshot Viewer. You can share or send the application to them. You can send the SNP file of the report through E-mail or copy it to the other person’s hard disk.

A snapshot file contains the copy of every page in the report, and includes its graphics, two-dimensional layouts and other embedded items. Snpvw.exe can be shared to anyone who has Windows 98, 95, NT 4.0, Millennium edition, 2000, XP, Server 2003. Snapview.ocx requires Service Pack 5 or later version if you are operating on Windows NT 3.5.1 version. If you want to uninstall the Snapshot Viewer, you need to restart the computer after removal of the application.
