What is ZoomPlayer?
The software that installs ZoomPlayer on the computer was developed by INMATRIX Media Solutions. This is a media player that allows users to load various audio and video files of different formats, as it supports a large selection of popular media file types.
As a video player, the software recognizes and runs movies and video clips rendered in the following formats: MPEG2, MPEG4, AVCHD, H.264, FLV, WMV, ASF, MOV, HDMOV, OGM, RM, RMVB, MKV, DIVX, AVI, MP4, DV, VP3, VP6, VP7, MJPEG and SWF. The player also supports DVDs and Blu-Ray discs, mobile phone videos (3GP and 3G2), and camcorder clips in MOD and TOD formats.
As a music player, ZoomPlayer is able to run audio files rendered in the following formats: MP3, APE, OFR, MPC, TTA, SHN, WV, AAC, FLAC, WMA, CDA, Ogg Vorbis, WAV, AMR, ALAC, LPCM, MO3, MIDI, OFR, DTS, AC3 and RA.
HTML files may also be viewed through the player. In addition to being a video and music player, ZoomPlayer also allows the user to view their image files straight from its user interface. Among the supported image formats are JPEG, PSD, PCX, WIN, VST, GIF, PNG, EMF, RPF, PCC, BMP, BW and WMF.
ZoomPlayer is a free program that runs on Windows operating systems.
