Virtual TimeClock Pro
If you are looking for Virtual TimeClock Pro, you have come to the right place. We explain what Virtual TimeClock Pro is and point you to the official download.
What is Virtual TimeClock Pro?
Virtual TimeClock Pro is the mid-range edition of the Virtual TimeClock software—more expensive and packed with more features than the Basic, but limited to only one computer, unlike Network. It is a solution that turns a user’s computer into a virtual timeclocking system, useful for businessmen who need to keep track of billable hours, workers’ timecards, and the like. The Pro version can be installed on only one computer, as mentioned above, but it can actually be used for any number of employees.
The program ensures consistent accuracy in time by using either the computer’s clock or accessing an online server to check time accuracy. It is also capable of automating certain rules in the time logging, e.g. it can deduct lunchtime minutes or hours automatically for all applicable days. Further rules improve on the process through automation of such policies as automatic logout for workers forgetting to do it manually (this can be reviewed by a supervisor the next day to see if the rule should be applied or not) and disallowing unscheduled shift timeclocking. It has a report writer, payroll integration, data backup tools, and more.
