Virtual TimeClock Basic

If you are looking for Virtual TimeClock Basic, you have come to the right place. We explain what Virtual TimeClock Basic is and point you to the official download.

What is Virtual TimeClock Basic?

Virtual TimeClock Basic is a timecard management application for both Windows and Mac systems. There are actually 3 versions of Virtual TimeClock offered by Redcort Software, and Basic is the cheapest version with the tightest restrictions—it can only be used on one computer and for a maximum of 3 employees. The Basic edition is also marketed to startups with small workforces, users of older computing systems, and those without a great deal of digital tech knowledge.

The basic purpose of the software is to offer users an effective way to record billable hours for their workers precisely and without having to introduce inaccurate guesses into the formula. The program essentially offers facilities for workers to punch in time digitally, punch out at the ends of their shifts, and generate sums of the total billable time for the payroll (this can be performed automatically). The program generates printable timecard reports as well—these can be exported digitally too as PDF files. It can provide users with a useful paper record of things they need to know regarding billing hours, from employee arrival times to their departures and overtime hours.
