What is TimeMaker?
TimeMaker is software developed by Meir Ezra for companies and executives that need a time management tool, providing them with a single program integrated with various functions for managing their emails, office-related tasks, projects and strategies, appointments, organizational structure, and overall workflow.
Categorized as a “leadership software” program, TimeMaker consists of several components for managing specific areas of the user’s daily office routine. There are 12 components in all: ActionList, Calendar, Contacts, Dashboard, Email, Matrix, Meetings, OrgChart, Planning, Reports, Statistics and Workflow.
ActionList provides the user with a tool for creating a pro-active to-do list, allowing them to schedule tasks based on level of importance. The Calendar tool allows the user to keep track of appointments and schedules, as well as other tasks that need to be done within a given time frame. The Dashboard utility allows the user to input important data on the dashboard for easy access to information relevant to the workflow such as statistics and reports.
The Matrix component allows the user to keep track of the workflow, enabling them to edit workload leveling and identify problem areas in the organization.
The software is available as purchased download, but a 15-day trial is provided for free. TimeMaker is software that runs on Windows operating systems.
