What is The Core Media Player?

The Core Media Player (TCMP) has the ability to play any type of audio or video format based on the PowerDivX NextGen multimedia player. The Core Media Player has an advanced DirectShow based core. It offers skin support with real time Hue variation and Alpha blending, and supports playlist formats such as M3U, NPL, PLS and XML. It also has an open architecture, allowing third-party developers to improve it. This program comes with a console mode with Full Command Line Interface, and allows the user to set their own hotkeys and many others.

It has an open architecture, allowing third-party developers to expand it. It also comes with a console mode with Full Command Line Interface as well as a set of users’ hotkeys and many others. The Core Media Player supplies an interface for arranging and playing audio and video files. It supports Winamp 2.xx VIS and DSP Plugins as well as full XML combination of Playlist and Media Manager.
