Summa Cutter Control is an application integrated with the Summa Cutter Tools software developed by Summa, Inc. The application provides the user with a Graphical User Interface (GUI) that enables them to adjust the parameters of the Summa Cutter Tools.
Developed to run on Windows operating systems (Windows 95, 98, 2000, ME, XP and Vista), the software is generally utilized to adjust the settings of the Summa Cutter Tools, specifically in the following areas: cutter speed and mode, cutter pressure, and blade offset.
Also, the program can be utilized to perform a diagnostics analysis of the cutter, as well as calibrate and upgrade the tool. The user interface provides the client with the following main menu options: File, View, Configuration, Settings, and Tests.
The View option enables the user to hide or display specific items on the toolbar; while the Configuration option allows the user to change the language and units of measurement. The Settings option allows the user to display the parameters of the cutter tool. This option also allows the user to save the parameters set for specific cutter tools; or restore the previous parameter set by the user.
