If you are looking for SDL MultiTerm, you have come to the right place. We explain what SDL MultiTerm is and point you to the official download.
What is SDL MultiTerm?
SDL MultiTerm Desktop can be used as a standalone desktop tool, to organize all corporate technologies. It is a desktop terminology management tool prepared by SDL. SDL MultiTerm’s power can also be improved in the translation environment using the SDL Trados Studio. SDL MultiTerm 2014 caters for the need to keep a consistent brand during content translation and creation. Legal terms, product names, and search engine keywords are all samples of terminologies that should remain consistent in all customer communications, in all languages and all markets. These terminologies also hold the key in constructing a strong and competitive level.
Translators will be able to automatically add, edit or apply terminology in a familiar environment. This can help improve the translation’s efficiency and also promote better translated content. This software also significantly optimizes the process of translation by verifying some multilingual technologies in SDL Trados Studio in real-time. An advanced “Hitlist” display lets users modify how to view search results. They can choose to display terms, or synonyms, translations, status, and descriptions. This feature is incorporated into the SDL Trados Studio. Users will also have the ability to export and import terms from different terminology environments through TBX compatibilities.
