Roxio Retrieve

If you are looking for Roxio Retrieve, you have come to the right place. We explain what Roxio Retrieve is and point you to the official download.

What is Roxio Retrieve?

Roxio Retrieve is a software application that enables the user to retrieve data copied on a backup disc. The application is usually embedded on the backup discs created through Roxio’s Media Creator software suite.

Generally, the Roxio Retrieve application will automatically launch when a backup disc is inserted in the CD or DVD drive. If the program does not launch automatically, a window will appear which includes the option “Run Launch Retrieve.exe.” Clicking on this option will launch the retrieve application.

If there are several backup sessions stored on a single disc, the user can open the Backup History tab from the Roxio Retrieve explorer window, which will open a drop down menu of all the files stored on the disc. Click on the sessions to be retrieved by ticking off the boxes next to the file names, select a destination folder that is different from the default location of the backup disc, and click the Retrieve button found at the bottom of the Choose Destination prompt.

Roxio Retrieve supports simultaneous retrieval of multiple files from a single backup disc.
