Quick Bid
If you are looking for Quick Bid, you have come to the right place. We explain what Quick Bid is and point you to the official download.
What is Quick Bid?
The Quick Bid software is a construction estimating application that enables estimators to produce profitable bids with the precise material and labor costs. It allows quick adjustment of bids which results in the recalculation of last-minute addendum changes. Hence, contractors may increase bid wins and acquire higher profits. It also features reduction of the data-entry mistakes and calculation errors.
Quick Bid enables users to avoid bidding too low or too high by knowing the cost of the job before submitting it. In addition, it can also help users fine-tune labor production; evaluate detailed cost information; break down labor by crew, unit, price, lump sum price, production, or man-days; analyze material, labor rates, change orders; and add indirect and direct expenses, contingencies and any special conditions. Moreover, the program provides access to a library of assemblies that store condition specific material information and labor production with a click of a button. It can also export pricing data to several 3rd-party accounting programs. Furthermore, it allows users to submit and receive material quote requests from suppliers quickly via its email feature called EQuote. Thus, users can save a lot of time.
