If you are looking for Poster, you have come to the right place. We explain what Poster is and point you to the official download.
What is Poster?
Poster is the program for making big posters, signs, banners, murals, and enlargements. Posters can measure up to 100x100 feet using the user’s normal desktop printer, or any large format printer. Poster combines the features of word-processing, graphics, and desktop publishing with features, especially tuned for big posters and banners. This includes tutorial, extensive help, examples, and templates. And now, users can create PDF files that they can print at Kinko’s, or any commercial printer.
It is simple enough that the user can build a banner or a poster in a minute, but also they can create virtually anything they can imagine. It has support for all fonts, with special effects such as soft-shadow and 3D stretch, and warp text to any shape. The user can enlarge photos, including .jpg, .gif, and tiff files and pictures from their digital cameras or scanners. A set of drawing tools also lets the user create any graphic. System requirements include a Windows 95, NT, 98, 2000, XP, 2003 and Vista operating system.
