What is PictureToTV Application?
PictureToTV is the former name of the DVD Slideshow Professional, which is basically an application to turn photos into a continuous loop displayed on a screen (hence a slideshow) that can be burned on a DVD and played onto a TV via a DVD player. Disc media supported by Picture To TV include DVD, VCD, SVCD, and Bluray formats and all their variants. The DVD Slideshow Professional also includes a disc-burning capability, and may also be used for backup or archiving purposes.
The DVD Slideshow Professional application also allows the conversion of a slideshow into a video, transcoding it into computer-friendly formats such as MP4, MKV, 3GP/3GPP2, SWF, FLV, MPEG-1 and MPEG-2, AVI, MOV, and H264 formats that can be directly shared (from the application itself) to YouTube, Facebook, or Wordpress and Blogger blogs. As a slideshow program, it contains several tools to enhance each photo or by batch, and includes effects both for each photo and for the transition, complete with a graphics and audio library; users can also import audio from an outside source and time it to their slideshows.
