What is Personal Backup?
Personal Backup is backup management system that lets users have an automatic backup of important files. The software creates folders to be used as new destination. Said folders may be stored directly on the computer or can also be placed in another device such as an external hard disk or flash drives. The files can also be placed in another server or via FTP.
The back-ups created can also be configured by the user and they can also be categorized automatically or manually. Once back-ups are created, they will be equipped with subdirectories and users may or may not allow these subdirectories. Aside from the use of subdirectories, they can also be categorized according to names and types. The subdirectories will always carry the codes LwD,LwE in the file name to also present the history of the files. Files can also be saved in compressed or decompressed formats.
The software also conducts regular checking of the back-ups and alerts users when changes occur. The back-up system can be done automated and will be prompted each time the computer is turned on. The task scheduler could also be set by the user.
