What is PACTware?
PACTware is a freeware program available for download in order to support instruments from various manufacturers. It can be used on a PC to determine its limitations and configurations of field instruments, remote I/O systems, and communication modules in fieldbus systems and networks. Every system is different. PACTware can be implemented in various locations in a system. This ranges from a small engineering station to an on-site control in the field.
PACTware is also used by instrument manufacturers, as a type of stand-alone tool for the arraignment of their instruments and associated DTMs in sales and marketing. PACTware and the DTM support individual and specific instrument characteristics which are not supported by other control systems. Simple PC operation introduces the client to this technology’s advantages, dispensing with the need for comprehensive training. PACTware is made for continuous development, and is adapted to fit brand new technologies. Aside from this, PACTware’s users can request for technical assistance from the company’s team of specialists through their hotline.
