P2P Rocket
If you are looking for P2P Rocket, you have come to the right place. We explain what P2P Rocket is and point you to the official download.
What is P2P Rocket?
P2P Rocket is a file sharing application that works with the eDonkey and Gnutella P2P networks. It sports a clean, intuitive GUI with only one aim: to facilitate user control over P2P downloads so that users can make the most of the program’s features and their connections to get files faster. Users can build a list of friends using the program or network they are on and access that list for various purposes later on. They can get in touch with those friends to initiate a chat even as they run downloads or can add people to their friends lists if they want to get constant access to those users’ uploads.
The software supports download scheduling and even allows users to schedule downloads to automatically resume (if paused) at a specific time. Media being downloaded can be previewed, as can playlists, using the program’s built-in media player. Users are also given options for managing bandwidth usage as well as assignation to individual downloads if they are running multiple ones. It works with torrent files and also provides users tools for sharing data about themselves with other members of the community, such as through their profiles.
