What is NeoPaint?

The NeoPaint software is a complete graphics studio; it has both basic and advanced features for graphic design software. It is basically used for photograph editing, desktop publishing, presentations, and content sharing via the Internet.

There are also other features that the software possesses, such as format support for JPEG, JPEG 2000, GIF, PCX, TIFF, BMP, ICO, CUR, PSD, PNG, and RAW formats. The software also has integrated support for scanners and digital cameras and has a professional grade output on Windows based printers.
