What is Ministry Scheduler Pro?

The Ministry Scheduler Pro application from Rotunda Software is a program that caters to a very particular niche: it is intended to help users better schedule liturgical ministry events. The program can help users appoint ministers and volunteers specify their dates of availability through the Web; it also provides tools that help keep track of teams or families who are members of the denomination for the purpose of keeping these groups together. Besides volunteer scheduling, users can also leverage the program’s utilities for volunteer recruitment, offering them over-the-Internet enrollment facilities through the Scheduler. Users can send notes to others as well as to specific groups and, of course, services can be scheduled over the Web.

The Pro version of the software is actually the same as the Plus version. It can integrate with the user’s calendar for reminder import and scheduling, and is also equipped with an emailing function for quick messaging between users. The Plus edition allows a maximum of 15GB in cloud storage for the user and also has provisions for custom fields and ministry folders. It also allows several users to access the program at once.
