If you are looking for MainConcept E.V.E, you have come to the right place. We explain what MainConcept E.V.E is and point you to the official download.
What is MainConcept E.V.E?
The MainConcept E.V.E software gets its name from its purpose: alternatively named Easy Video Editing, it was designed with a view to giving video editing greenhorns professional-level tools in a beginner-friendly interface. Editing can be carried out in whatever mode the user prefers: for instance, one user might opt for the popular Timeline-based mode of video editing, while another might feel more comfortable with the Storyboard editing style. Whichever of these the user prefers, EVE can accommodate it. EVE also has autoediting selections that allow a user to select a predesigned template or video format at the commencement of the project, then let the program handle most of the work from there.
EVE has smart and background rendering, a high-quality DV codec and an MPEG encoder, preloaded creative effects as well as filters, 2D and 3D titling tools, and even picture-in-picture tools. It has a multi-clip trimming utility and automatic scene detection capabilities for DV. It also allows undo and redo commands. It is compatible with Windows operating systems such as XP, Me, 98SE and 2000, and it also comes with dedicated DVD authoring tools.
