What is Kruptos?
Kruptos 2 Professional is a security program that can password protect users files such as their credit card data, movies, photos, tax returns or any other private file or folder. It utilizes a military graded 256bit AES encryption to prevent users’ files, folders and data from being read, changed or accessed without the exact password. Users may simply integrate their files into Microsoft Windows Explorer via Kruptos 2 Professional and automatically re-encrypts them after editing or viewing, minus the worries that their files are left unsecured.
Kruptos 2 Professional also allows users to deliver encrypted emails over the internet- create encrypted ZIP files, generate self-extracting encrypted files, among others. Kruptos 2 Professional works under 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows 8/7/Vista/XP. Kruptos 2 Professional is not equipped with any NSA backdoors or secret keys so users can be sure that their data are secured all the time. Users may also enjoy the benefit of having unlimited number of private files and folders that they alone can open using their passwords, once files are encrypted. These files remain locked even if the user’s computer is loss or stolen. Kruptos 2 Professional works with cloud based backup providers such as Dropbox, making sure that they encrypt their shared files and folders. Users are also advised of the permanent file deletion feature of Kruptos. This means that recovery of deleted files is next to impossible.
