What is FotoMix?
FotoMix is a photo editing program published by Digital Photo Software. This is free software that allows for layer editing, which basically means that the user can put two or more photos together, and then edit as deemed necessary by the user, to create a well-coordinated combination that appears like an original, single photo.
Photo files can be added to the project by drag and drop mode. The user can crop or resize a photo, flip or rotate it, and apply effects like blur, oil paint, emboss, sepia or grayscale. Fine-tuning tools for sharpening, adjusting saturation, color and brightness are likewise included in the software.
Users can add or remove elements from pictures, apply transparency effects, clone colors, add texts and text effects, duplicate image, or deform image. All of these features are accessible on the user interface, where options like Background, Composition and Foreground are displayed.
FotoMix is software developed for Windows. It runs on Windows 2000, XP, Vista and 8. It is available in English, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, German, Portuguese and Hungarian; among others. FotoMix displays a desktop icon after installation.
