What is FIN EC?

The FIN EC program is suite structural engineering software that is extensively used for design, static and dynamic analysis of 2D and 3D frame structures. The suite supports new European standards - Eurocodes.

FIN EC allows users to perform two dimensional bending of symmetrical concrete cross-sections, the calculation of cross-sectional characteristics of arbitrary profiles and the analysis of space frames and trusses by FEM. The program includes FIN 2D and FIN 3D which are used in the selection of a general standard for compiling combinations and in measuring distances. It also consists of Concrete 2D and Concrete 3D which provides for the input of reinforcement by defining distance between bars as well as for the import of general cross-section topology including reinforcement from file in format *.dxf. The program can also provide computed factor of load duration for generated combinations.
