FBackup
If you are looking for FBackup, you have come to the right place. We explain what FBackup is and point you to the official download.
What is FBackup?
FBackup is a free backup and restore program developed by Softland. The program was developed using the same technologies for another backup program from Softland, Backup4all, which is paid software that provides more features.
FBackup can be configured to run automatic backups on scheduled intervals, or it may also be stared manually. The user has full control on what files to backup, on outputs of backed up files, on whether to run full backup or not, and where the backups will be stored.
When the program is opened, it will display a user interface that has a file browser on one side, and Backup or Restore options on the other side. When the user chooses to perform a full backup, the backups will be stored in a zip archive. Partial backups will create mirror backups, which mean that files are rendered as exact replicas, and not stored in a zip archive.
The program may also be set to automatically shut down the computer, put it in hibernation or log-off user once backup is completed.
