What is Everio MediaBrowser?

Everio MediaBrowser 4 lets you manage and import movies on your computer and make original discs. You can export files to Google Earth and see video thumbnails on locations you have recorded or upload videos to YouTube and upload both still images and videos to Facebook. You can play videos you’re your camcorder on your computer by connecting both devices. You can make AVCHD disc by connecting your camcorder to your computer and selecting DIRECT DISC function either on your computer or on your camcorder [if it is not in the menu screen]. Use your player to play written discs.

Organize your videos by viewing them in calendar style or by making themed lists. Preview feature lets you check the content of a video. You can combine, trim and add text, music and transitions to your files when editing. Import formats supported include JPEG, BMP, PFail [png], MTS [Everio MediaBrowser 4] and MBT [Everio MediaBrowser 4 BE]. Music files supported are MP3 and WAV for video editing. Writing formats supporte dinlcude MBT for editing movies, JPEG for still images, WMV for uploading to Websites like Facebook and YouTube and KMZ for exporting to Google Earth.

You can run the application on Windows XP SP3 32bit Home/Professional, Windows Vista SP2 32bit and 64bit Home Basic and Home Premium, Windows 7 32bit and 64bit Home Premium. You need IBM PC/AT computers compatible with these operating systems. You need Intel Core Duo 1.66Hz or higher to use HD videos, Intel Pentium 4.3GHz or higher to use videos with SD image quality, Intel Core i7 2.53GHz or higher to edit video files, Intel Core 2 Quad 2.4GHz or higher to edit videos with SD image quality. You need at least 1GB RAM for Windows XP or 2GB RAM for Windows Vista and 7. You need at least 500MB free disk space to install software, 1024x768 16bit screen resolution, Microsoft DirectSound sound card, DVD-writing disc drive or Blu-ray-writing disc drive to burn DVDs and Blu-ray respectively.
