The Bosch Divar Archive Player software was designed to be used in conjunction with the company’s Divar video recorders as a playback, access, and management solution for users. The program lets users watch videos directly from its interface and exporting can be performed in full or by portions. For instance, users can specify which portions of a video they want to be extracted for export purposes, and then transfer those to other media such as DVDs. The default exporting format is the program’s native Bosch MPEG, but an option exists for users to export videos as WMVs as well.
The software also allows users to take snapshots of videos. The snapshot is not saved as an image file: rather, it is saved as an image within a document (Microsoft Word) file for reporting purposes, with the time and date of the snapshot noted below the image. The software also permits in-video bookmarking, so that users can select specific points of a video to bookmark for future reference and can tag it with text or labels. The software also allows users to perform file searches, VCA motion detection and software zooming.
File.org aims to be the go-to resource for file type- and related software information. We spend countless hours researching various file formats and software that can open, convert, create or otherwise work with those files.
If you have additional information about which types of files Divar Series ArchivePlayer can process, please do get in touch - we would love hearing from you.
