DBXTriever

If you are looking for DBXTriever, you have come to the right place. We explain what DBXTriever is and point you to the official download.

What is DBXTriever?

DBX files are old Outlook Express files—Express typically stored emails in this format when it was still included in the Microsoft Windows bundle. Now, however, Outlook Express is no longer part of new Windows versions, which can make accessing old DBX files difficult for users transferring their digital data and operations to new systems. DBXTriever is a solution for this problem: it serves as a DBX file opener and viewer, which means a user running it will not have to turn to Outlook Express any longer just to access his DBX files. DBXTriever will not only open the files, but also function as an extractor and manager.

DBXTriever is able to organize the contents of DBX files, and provides users with sorting tools for arranging or searching messages within the file. It supports filtering during the search so that users will find it easier to extract only the emails they want. DBX files can also be converted into more widely accessible EML files using the program, which is by and large more accepted by other email clients. Finally, the program can be installed any of 4 possible localizations: English, Italian, French, and Spanish.
