What is CX-Sensor?
CX-Sensor is a software that allows the monitoring and configuration of sensors through displays. The graphing dialogue allows the output made by different sensors to be compared and reviewed at the same time, which allows the configuration of several multifaceted processes. CX-Sensor also contains a driver, which can access sensor data through an Omron serial control unit (SCU), as well as other types of Omron applications like CX-Supervisor. And with Omron’s CX-Server OPC application, users will also be able to observe sensor data in real time by using Microsoft Excel.
CX-Sensor supports ZX-EDA amplifiers for inductive sensors. It can also be connected to current devices, and allows multi-user access, or from a simple configuration up to full parameter editing. It also includes graphing and logging.
