CST DESIGN ENVIRONMENT provides the user with a Graphical User Interface for all software included in the CST Studio Suite, which is a suite of software for electromagnetic simulation. Included in the software suite are the following programs: CST Microwave Studio, CST EM Studio, CST Particle Studio, CST PCB Studio, CST MPHYSICS Studio, and CST Design Studio. All of these software programs rely on the CST DESIGN ENVIRONMENT user interface for accessing the various functions that correspond to each of the mentioned software programs.
The user interface enables the user to simultaneously access files from the programs included in the suite. What this means to the user is that they are able to display a file from each of the programs on the same window, at the same time. This enables them to simultaneously work on the different aspects of the project.
For instance, the user is able to simultaneously work on EM/circuit co-simulation, thermal analysis, thermal expansion analysis, mechanical stress analysis, and charged particle simulation.
The design environment is a native Windows GUI that is largely based on Windows operating systems (XP, Vista and 7).
File.org aims to be the go-to resource for file type- and related software information. We spend countless hours researching various file formats and software that can open, convert, create or otherwise work with those files.
If you have additional information about which types of files CST DESIGN ENVIRONMENT can process, please do get in touch - we would love hearing from you.
