What is Crossword Forge?

Crossword Forge 7 creates eye-catching puzzles with ease. The Crossword Forge puzzle engine, or the crossword complier, has been fully re-written in C++ and now takes advantage of modern computers with many processor cores. Users will notice speed improvements on any computer, from the smallest Windows notebook, to the newest 12 core Mac Pros.

This new version of Crossword Forge brings users to the next level when it comes to simplicity, speed, and performance. It includes improved English variations as well as four new languages to Word Ideas, which is formerly known as Word Suggester. Users can explore new settings, and Quick-look previews found in this software. Users can apply the Word Ideas tool when searching for the right word that suits a puzzle’s theme for a more concrete puzzle. Word Ideas are now available in four different variations of English, also in Spanish, German, French, and Italian languages.
